Cheng Shumei, China National Master and founder of the Cheng school of filigree. Trained by elders of both the filigree and jade-carving traditions, she has worked sixty years, renowned for figure subjects that join filigree with jade.

程淑美中国工艺美术大师“程氏花丝”创始人程淑美，师从花丝老艺人翟德寿先生和玉雕老艺人何荣先生，至今从事花丝镶嵌设计、制作及玉雕制作已六十年，作品以花丝镶嵌为主，与玉雕等多种工艺结合，并以人物见长，使其作品在传统花丝镶嵌行业中独树一帜，多次获得全国金奖。2008年，程淑美被国家知识产权局聘为“中国知识产权文化大使”，成为国家级非物质文化遗产……
